The first step in establishing a partnership is defining where the need is for our clients to have a strategic partner, whether it be a financial partner, technology partner, or distribution partner. Once the type of partner is defined, 360|Consult can then determine all possible partners based on the need of our clients and the activities of potential partners. This process is the long listing step in our process.

Evaluating the Pool for the Right Partner
The next step required is to jointly establish a criteria with our client for potential partners, which can include a certain financial standing, experience or performance of the partners’ products. Using this criteria a short list of potential partners is created.
Establishing a Collaboration with the Partner
Lastly, we help our clients choose the right partner and establish an agreement with the entity that best meets our clients’ needs.
